  3. List the most common causes of medicolegal claims against anesthesiologists in the USA.
  4. Review the most common causes of maternal deaths.
  5. Discuss the 3 case reports of maternal death directly related to anesthesia.
  6. Explain the specific patient safety recommendations pertaining to anesthesia.
